1. General provisions
1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) to conclude a sale and purchase agreement for the goods listed in the svgparts.com online store (the "Website"). The proposal is addressed to an indefinite number of individuals and is published in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
1.2. The Seller under this agreement is Private Entrepreneur Kadrylieieva Tetiana Volodymyrivna (the "Seller").
1.3. Placing an Order on the Website, or confirming it by phone or via messengers, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer by the Buyer in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2. Definitions
- Buyer — a legally capable individual who has accepted the terms of this offer in the manner described in clause 1.3.
- Goods — auto parts and accessories listed on the Website. Most Goods are used (second-hand): they have been in service and may bear natural traces of use, shown in the photos on the product page.
- Order — the Buyer's request to purchase Goods, placed through the Website cart or agreed by phone or via messengers.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.
3.2. The condition of used Goods is described on the product page and in the photos. The photos show the actual condition of the specific part, not a generic image of similar parts.
4. Conclusion of the agreement
4.1. The agreement is considered concluded once the Seller confirms the Order (by phone or messenger) after the Buyer has placed it.
4.2. The Seller may decline to confirm an Order, in particular if the Goods are unavailable, an error in the price or description is discovered, or the Buyer cannot be reached. Any prepayment received is refunded in full in such cases.
5. Placing an order
5.1. To place an Order, the Buyer provides their full name, phone number, delivery method and address (city, carrier branch) and, if needed, a comment (VIN, make, model and year of the vehicle for compatibility checking).
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Errors in delivery details made by the Buyer may delay or prevent the handover of the Goods.
6. Price and payment
6.1. Prices on the Website are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The price is fixed when the Seller confirms the Order; until then the Seller may change it.
6.2. Payment methods: payment to the entrepreneur's account, card transfer, or cash on delivery at the carrier's branch. The carrier's cash-on-delivery fee is paid by the Buyer at the carrier's rates.
6.3. For new Buyers the Seller may request a prepayment equal to the delivery cost. If the Seller declines to fulfil the Order, the prepayment is refunded in full.
7. Delivery and handover
7.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Delivery, or another agreed method. Terms and approximate timing are described on the "Delivery and payment" page.
7.2. Transit times are determined by the carrier; the Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
7.3. Ownership of the Goods and the risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer upon receipt at the carrier's branch.
7.4. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt. Damage caused in transit is recorded in the carrier's report at the moment of receipt.
8. Returns, exchange and warranty
8.1. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days of receipt.

9. Personal data
9.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for its fulfilment. Processing is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Liability
10.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of the agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. The parties are released from liability for the duration of force majeure circumstances confirmed in the established manner.
10.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
11. Term and amendments
11.1. The offer is effective from the moment of publication on the Website until withdrawn by the Seller.
11.2. The Seller may amend the offer; the new version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Orders are governed by the version in effect at the time of their confirmation.
11.3. The offer is drawn up in Ukrainian; translations are provided for convenience, and in case of discrepancies the Ukrainian version prevails.
