1. Who we are
1.1. This policy describes how the svgparts.com online store (the "Website") collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
1.2. Personal data is processed by Private Entrepreneur Kadrylieieva Tetiana Volodymyrivna ("we", the "Seller") — the controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
2. What data we collect
- Order data: full name, phone number, city and carrier branch, order comment (may contain a VIN and vehicle details).
- Account data (if you register): name, email, phone number.

We do not collect payment card data: payments are processed by your bank or the carrier's services.
3. Why we use the data
- Order fulfilment — creating the shipment, contacting you about confirmation, availability and delivery (basis: conclusion and performance of a contract).
- Order history — for exchanges, returns and warranty claims.
- Anonymised visit statistics — to improve the Website.
- Fraud prevention — checking order contact details against databases of unreliable buyers (the Seller's legitimate interest in protecting against abuse such as systematically unclaimed shipments).
4. Who we share data with
- Carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Delivery) — name, phone and delivery address to create the shipment.
- Google — anonymised visit data via Google Analytics (no names or phone numbers).
- IT infrastructure providers — data is stored on servers in the European Union.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Disclosure is possible at the request of authorised state bodies in cases provided by law.
5. Retention
Order data is kept for as long as needed to perform the contract, honour warranty obligations and meet tax law requirements for primary documents. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Data protection
The connection to the Website is protected by HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to fulfil orders.
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to:
- know what data of yours we process and obtain a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data when there is no legal basis for keeping it;
- withdraw consent to processing based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
