A crankcase ventilation hose (PCV hose) is a component of the engine ventilation system designed to route blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake system or filtration circuit. It helps maintain proper internal pressure, reduces condensation buildup, and prevents oil leaks through engine seals.
The hose connects the valve cover, oil separator, or PCV valve to the intake manifold, air filter housing, or recirculation system. It is made from heat-resistant rubber or plastic and must remain airtight despite high temperatures and oil vapor exposure.
A damaged PCV hose may cause vacuum leaks, unstable engine operation, increased oil consumption, smoke, mixture-related fault codes, intake contamination, and oil residue in the engine bay.
Our catalog includes crankcase ventilation hoses for many vehicle brands. Available options include genuine factory ventilation components, reliable aftermarket replacements, and tested used hoses without cracks or delamination. Connecting hoses, integrated valve assemblies, and versions for petrol and diesel engines are available.
Used parts are inspected for elasticity, sealing condition, mounting integrity, and absence of cracks.
Selection is available by VIN number, engine code, part number, ventilation system layout, and vehicle year. Replacing a faulty PCV hose restores system sealing and proper engine operation.
