A crankshaft pulley is a component of the engine accessory drive system designed to transmit rotation from the crankshaft to the auxiliary belt. It powers the alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, water pump, and other engine-driven units.
The pulley is mounted on the front of the crankshaft and works together with the drive belt, tensioners, rollers, and vibration damping system. Many modern engines use a harmonic balancer pulley with a rubber or multi-layer damper that reduces torsional vibrations and protects the engine from resonance loads.
A faulty pulley may cause belt misalignment, abnormal noise, engine vibration, damper separation, belt slipping, accessory damage, or belt failure.
Our catalog includes crankshaft pulleys for many vehicle brands. Available options include genuine factory drive components, reliable aftermarket replacements, and tested used pulleys without structural damage. Solid and harmonic balancer pulleys, versions for different engines, belt layouts, and equipment levels are available.
Used parts are inspected for runout, damper condition, mounting surface integrity, absence of cracks, and deformation.
Selection is available by VIN number, engine code, belt-drive configuration, part number, and vehicle year. Replacing a worn pulley restores stable accessory drive operation and reduces engine vibration.
